I had always been sceptical about yoga as I wrongly thought this was just for women, how wrong was I!

Absolutely love this place! Faye is an amazing teacher and the modern studio is a lovely place to be.

Honestly, It helps me de-stress from whatever has happened that day, get some exercise at the same time. I have never felt fitter.

If you are like I was, I can categorically assure you it is not just for women.!
It is for everyone, so try it for yourself and see what it can do for you.

I joined Faye's class 6wks ago, having never tried yoga before I wasn't sure what to expect- after my first class I felt great, a welcoming space, calm and friendly. Faye is kind and caring and very knowledgeable she is inspiring and I've found her classes have helped me so much, I really look forward to my classes I wish I could go everyday ... thank you Faye 😊 xx

I’ve been doing yoga now for 6 years after it was recommended to me by an osteopath. I am so glad I took it up. Not only is it good for the body but also the mind too. I have been attending Faye’s classes for the last 4/5 months & I find her teaching & guidance very very positive. No matter how stressful life can be at times, attending Faye’s flow class is transforming. I leave feeling renewed & full of energy ready to take on life’s little challenges once again. I have really been enjoying trying different yoga classes with Faye and tonight was lucky enough to have a 1:1 session! I can feel my practice improving and the benefits to my body and mind are really helping. Having head space and me time to park all the usual daily stuff for an hr, while doing something that helps and supports my health well being is fab! This studio is absolutely fantastic! So fresh, clean and relaxing. There is a great range of classes and times to suit all. Everything is there for you from mats and blocks to relaxation eye masks. Alison makes everyone feel so welcome and comfortable whether they are a beginner or have a lot of experience in yoga. I look forward to each class.

I have absolutely loved my first few sessions at Orbit with the amazing Alison Slater as a teacher. The studio is so calming and serene, a perfect space for yoga and it smells amazing as a random side point! As somebody who isn't flexible at all and has a few injuries I was a little worried, but Alison and the team at Orbit have been so supportive and offer options if we do a move that I may struggle with. All the other people that o have met at yoga have been so friendly and encouraging, yoga days are my favourite days now and I can't wait to make it to one of my classes. I just wish I could go more than once a week.

New to Yoga, I attended the first class at Orbit Yoga and loved it, the space is perfect, calm and well equipped. All the staff/teachers are very experienced and provide options for all levels so everyone can take part. There are lots of classes to choose from at times to suit all! I've been every week so far and can feel the benefits already. Highly recommended!
