I've been training at Origin BJJ since 2018 and I truly love it here!

Sifu Mark is a great teacher and mentor for absolutely everyone and he has built a great culture around his academy.

There are classes everyday at different times to suit everyone, so come and give it a try (especially if you are a geek), because I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I’ve been training BJJ here for 6 months and have had a great experience since.

There is outstanding instruction from the gi and no-gi instructors and a friendly, welcoming culture in the gym throughout.

There are multiple BJJ classes a day, 7 days a week to suit schedules and the gym also offers kickboxing, MMA and Wing Chun classes.

The facilities are well-equipped with showers and gym equipment.

Been training BJJ here for 2 years under Mark Phillips (head coach / owner).

Very friendly and welcoming club, perfect for beginner / intermediate grapplers. 14 BJJ sessions a week in total on offer (some Wing Chun and Sanda also) a solid mixture of Gi and No-Gi. Early morning, lunch, and evening classes so can fit around your schedule.

Mostly white belts that train here, but a fair (and growing) number of coloured belts also.

It is a great martial arts training studio; I didn't have a second thought about my decision to train here. Friendly training pals, authentic jiu-jitsu skills! Most importantly! genuine professor, who wouldn't try to constrain his students with unfair contracts， all transparent, which has exceeded many other studios in this one aspect.

Hey, i am just sharing my personal opinion of someone who’s training there almost a year, and as gift for huge skill that i earn there, i want to leave this comment and tell you people what you can expect.

The instructors at Origin N22 are all incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about BJJ. They do a great job of breaking down techniques in a way that's easy to understand, and they're always patient and willing to answer questions.

They have various classes suitable for everyone lifestyle and schedule.

Kids class teachers are also amazing and super duper friendly with the kids. My kid is so passionate about BJJ now.

And last but not less important… you will have chance to learn from Dr. Mark Philips, who is around 30 years in martial arts. If you want to learn martial arts and learn various attacks and defences, there is not better place in north London.

Feel free to come and enjoy free class. Be careful, you may get addicted!!!

Although I've only recently started training in BJJ, I've been training at this academy for over 10 years. The environment is friendly, inclusive and respectful. Students make real progress. Mark Philips is a gifted practitioner and superb teacher and the trainers are all excellent. I honestly can't recommend the school highly enough.

Sifu Mark Phillips is a fantastic teacher. His approach is motivating, insightful and invaluable for anybody beginning their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey or to those more seasoned practitioners seeking a new place to call home.
