I’ve been training here for about a year now with my teenage kids as well, both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. The Muay Thai coach is Tom Weeks and the Jiu Jitsu coach is Max Campos, both are terrific coaches with a passion for their sport. The gym managers, James and Yas, are also very friendly and helpful. My only ask is to “update” the Muay Thai area; the mats are very old and worn down and people (usually parents and kids) frequently walk through the area with shoes on or use it as a play area. Overall though, a great gym and good value for money and a friendly environment for old and younger people… but with serious training.

Recently joined Muay Thai but Boxing seems to be the main sport they care about. The Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai coaches are brilliant I just wish management would sort all the kids and parents out using the Muay Thai area like it’s a back yard… Running around in dirty shoes and throwing pads around

Been coming to Muay Thai here a couple times a week for over a year. Dean & Josias are both excellent coaches. Josias has a contagious enthusiasm and Dean has in-depth technical knowledge of the sport that makes us improve rapidly. Easily the best coach I've ever had. The combination of the two works very well for all levels, from beginners/recreational up to competitive fighters. I achieved a lot and enjoyed it all the way!

Loved attending the Muay Thai classes, feel a lot more confident since attending. World class coaching in Dean and Josias is available, both very humble people who will ensure that no question is left unanswered and are very understanding on beginners. Can’t speak highly enough of them

Just moved here from California and was in search of a new gym to continue training Muay Thai and I couldn't be happier. The coaching staff is incredibly talented, super friendly, and most of all everyone has been very welcoming. Another great part is they have a huge variety in available times to train. Been in and out of gyms a bunch over the past couple of months and this is by far my favorite.

For a monthly membership of about £50 per month: Instructors consistently rock up late to classes, often just training during the sessions rather than coaching. The class schedule for beginners, int, advanced is meaningless i.e. you can arrive as a beginner to a beginner session and end up full contact sparring with advanced members incl. head contact and no head gear. The facility itself is fantastic but ultimately not worth the money given the poor service and management.
