Friend and I completed a two day powerboating course level 2 here with instructor Stuart, who was absolutely brilliant as a teacher and mentor and calm, reassuring person on the water. All of the Team were enthusiastic and joyful to be around during our time. In the course, we also became friends with the other participants on the course. The food at the restaurant is good and it is recommended that you book your meal in the morning for lunchtime as it does get busy. We will be back for additional courses. This place is highly recommended and the facilities are also great.

Excellent and well run sailing school! The instructors are wonderful, a good mix of instructor skills / levels making it feel very safe. All the safety kit used and safety boats out on the water. My family has been going for 6 summers now and they will be back again. Sailing, windsurfing and multi activities they have loved them all and always feel like good value for money. They love the pirates days at the end of the week, so they always end on a feel good high. I would highly recommend to everyone kids and adults. The cafe is great too, for preordering hot food lunches. Wi-Fi, nice coffee, breakfasts and homemade cakes to watch them on the water.

Good teachers, nice people, and safe environment.

I took two adult courses with OSTT last week. The staff to gave clear advice and allowed learners to progress at their own rate; encouraging new techniques when safe to do so, and showing patience and encouragement when needed too. I learnt a lot thanks to good observations and tips from instructors, and enjoyed it very much.

The sailing equipment was quite new, the cafe / club house was welcoming and well priced, the lake was a great space to sail.

Recommended, and I’ll be back.

The overall Lv 2 boat training course was very good, learnt a lot and was able to develop my skills further. Definitely picked up a few tricks and tips that I'll be using back on St Helena. The overall delivery of the training was good, Molly is a very good teacher -who really knows her stuff.
My only suggestion is a bit more practical work, because even though I might have the certification now, I don't feel overly competent to take boats out on my own.
But despite this, I'm glad to have my certification and I would 100% recommend this course to other keen maritime enthusiasts!

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent Powerboat 2 course that I did with my daughter the other weekend. We both had an excellent time and really enjoyed the course. Thank you to the instructors Harry and Jules for their time and patience.

What a great weekend for level 1!!! Harry was an amazing instructor. I cannot believe how much we've learnt across 2 days. From never even being in a boat to be able to sail it backwards and forwards across the reservoir. It was the best experience. It might sound daunting to start with, but it's so much fun. A wonderful experience and we cannot wait for level 2!!! 🙌

I completed both my level 1 and more recently level 2 sailing courses here. On both occasions the instructors were excellent, the equipment was well maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Oxford Sail Training to anybody interested in pursuing sailing. Great course, very reasonably priced.
