Absolutely woeful. Initially promised to send a DVD that never reviewed. Resent a further DVD, not sent by recorded post or similar. promised to call to discuss this but to no avail. Finally sent out at the end of January but no follow up call to discuss product, as promised. Instead, I get a telephone call form a litigator stating that they were going to sue for £276; NO OTHER CONTACT AT ALL ! Deal with this company at your peril ! Gave the opportunity to discuss with me before I posted this but again, to no avail. Product itself, as with most training like this, has no opportunity to interact or ask questions which is disappointing !
