I just wanted to let you know I passed my exam not only did I pass I got a distinction, I cried!

I want to thank you so much for getting me in a position where I was confident and could pass but thank you for taking so much time to help support me and get me where I needed to be in such a short amount of time!

I have just completed and my review on Parenta not the assessors and tutors .
Naomi Patermoster was my latest and worked really quickly at getting me to my EPA .
I had a number of tutors through no fault of theirs and everyone helped me massively.
Sadly the constant switching off tutors delayed my ability to finish early and qualify .parenta comunication was quite poor .
However I must stress that Naomi and my first tutor Jayne Curtis were so good the others were only for short times.
Parenta as a provider could do with improvements but the tutors are wonderful .

I have had a lot of tutors before i was assigned amy, from week 1 Amy was always so supportive about any situation i had going on at home or at work. Amy also would make learning maths as fun as she could and would try and teach me ways of understanding that I might get. I think the only reason I passed my maths was because I had Amy.

I had an amazing experience with parenta.

My tutor Naomi was amazing she was always there to help me, she was very patient and helped me get extra support with my learning disabilities. She was always checking up on me and supporting me when needed.

I would recommend her to anyone doing there level 3 child care

I did my Childcare level 3, Early Years Educator with Parenta a while back, and I can honestly say my tutor Emma Taylor was the best. She was friendly, Professional and Supportive. I received my certificate 3weeks after passing my PD. I loved that they had free online webinar classes.

Initially, it takes a little while to navigate and make sense of the 'Onefile' website but once you become familiar with it, it then becomes easy to use. My tutor Angela has been supportive and available throughout my entire course, from start to finish. Angela was easy to talk to, available and very helpful. I would like to say a huge thank you to Angela for the help and support that was provided. I am also grateful to my math tutor Nour, who was amazing at helping me to remember math and was also available for support when needed. I am happy to say that I have completed my level 3!
