I attended Mary's Baby Active class around 3 months after having my baby. These were incredible for getting me fit and back in shape carefully. After going back to work, I didn't want to undo all of the hard work I put in so six months on, I'm now attending her small group sessions. These sessions allow me to work out at a time that suits me and in the comfort of a small group. I've never done gyms as I don't like the pressure or know what to do, however Mary carefully structures sessions to get the most from you with a mixture of cardio, core work and strength work. I come away from the sessions worn out and slightly achy but feeling energised and proud of myself. I'm now in the best shape I have been in at least three years and probably longer!
