The building is dirty, the stairs are unsafe, due to missing carpets and there being an uneven surface to walk on.
there is no where for patents to wait or sit,
there are so many rude signs it's hard to feel comfortable.

Unable to contact them of you have an exam on a Saturday, unfortunately I was stuck in traffic and the rain was so heavy the roads came to a standstill my son who has autism also had a big meltdown as I got out of the car so I took a minute to calm him. No way to contact anyone. I got to the appointment 10 mins after my exam start time and was refused entry by an old man who was so unhelpful and basically shut the door on my face even though I was clearly distressed and didn't know what I should do next ... I left in tears .... so insensitive and would not listen. People like this shouldn't deal with the public.

False misrepresentation of company..
The company as you can see say that they are down new London road with no number.. when arguing with frankie smith (so called manager) and the unqualified girl answering the call who seems to be phycic confirmed that the company or any staff are not at this add.. stay away call CITB direct to book it's only £19.50 instead of £35 they charge.. it's all missold and a con.. to be continued with a visit to the company VAT erg add for a meeting.
