I don't get what all the negative reviews are about.
I got there 20mins before start time, pressed the intercom, got let in, went up the lift, walked through the clearly signed door, followed all the instructions and voila! I passed the test 100%.

I was meant to have a test at this facility today morning, but after ringing the doorbell multiple times I was left thinking the centre was closed out of schedule and left.

I checked back an hour later to investigate, got through after two attempts this time - The lady at the reception was incredulous and strongly suggested I wasn't even there. Not only I lost my test fees, now I have to wait another month to take it. Other reviews suggest this is not the first time either. Anyone taking tests there, be ready to wait around a bit and just keep ringing, you'll get through.. eventually.

The centre had lots of hand sanitizing stations and signs posted in keeping with the government social distancing rules. There was also clear arrows on the floor to direct you.

The computers in the theory test area were wiped down thoroughly before and after use, the staff were very helpful as well!

Do not book to take your theory test here. This Centre is a SCAM.

My girlfriend booked a test, showed up 30 mins early, the door showed a sign explaining the centre is closed, and to call a number. She pressed the buzzer which rang for 10 mins, no answer. No answer on the phone number. She sent an email which never got a reply.

She got hung up on multiple times when the call finally went through. Eventually the DVLA advised the centre was apparently working as normal, and that despite having taken her money and not provided what had been promised, she is not entitled to have her test rescheduled.

This test centre will take your money and not give you a test. It is a big fat SCAM.

Entrance Unmarked, blinds drawn, lights off, looked abandoned. The buzzer (pressed repeatedly) had no answer. I was scheduled to have my test here, upon not being able to gain access to the building I tried calling only to be put on hold and hung up on several times. I sent an email which got no reply. I begun to think this was a scam, when I finally got through to someone at DVLA I was told they were operating just fine and I would not get a refund on the amount already out of my account for the test.

I would have preferred an option to give zero stars! I am a wheelchair user and park using my blue badge. I had an appointment at this centre today and there was nowhere for me to park either at the premises or even nearby. I called the main number and asked whether I could have the direct number for the Norwich centre so that I could ask if I could park on site in the staff area not just so that I could safely get out of my vehicle but because parking roads and roads away is not an option for me! I was told that they couldn't give out that number and the advisory note on his screen just said no parking facilities! I already knew that from being sat outside but a lot of places will allow me as a wheelchair user to use their parking facilities because I have an appointment with them. Obviously DVSA and their associate Pearsons do not offer any equality when life isn't as straight forward for us all! No other help was offered at all. I will be putting this complaint in writing.

Entrance not very clearly marked up, often people left waiting outside as not sure how to get in lol. Access is then via small lift to first floor ( not sure how social distancing works here). Once inside staff are polite but business like getting people signed in and ready for test. I guess for younger people the whole process can be bit daunting, but means to an end so has to be done. Computers work ok with wipes provided. Results are instant handed to you at desk so no time spent guessing whether passed or failed lol.

Staff very polite, well organised. Some reviews suggest of a broken bell but I am guessing temporary, I attended 2 months ago was allowed immediately and my wife attended 2 days back and was impressed by the Covid proofing measures and the proffessionalism and sensitivity of staff to other ethnic groups which she mentioned was commendable!
