Unfortunately I have to give this company a poor review. Normally I would not bother but given the poor service that I and a work mate had it is in there and potentially customers interest. I arrived at the location as stated on the booking form, only to find out that a week before the training had been cancelled sighting instructor been unavailable. A work mate of mine had to abandon there training as the instructor was not familiar with the subject. The cost are very reasonable and if they were able to deliver for them I'm sure it would be find. However it the ability to deliver that is the causes of this poor review. I would hope/know that improvement can be made.

Avoid booking any training with this company at all costs. I booked a course, subsequently found the location had changed. Have tried calling a number of times (maybe 10) to rearrange but with no success. Either people hang up after hearing your issue or fail to call back when you have a left a message for someone to call back. Simply not acceptable and wont be using them again

Disappointing training. The service from Pentagon was professional and helpful but the training itself, delivered by the Knowledge Academy was very poor. The training cost £1800 for 5 days 9-5 classroom training, but the instructor rushed through the syllabus and dismissed everyone between 1 and 3pm every day, having skipped large chunks of material. The class was poorly taught and then the instructor read out the exam answers DURING the exam to ensure everyone passed which is utterly ridiculous for any reputable educational establishment. Also I was promised an instructor with 20 years experience in the field but the gentleman only had been in the field for 5 years and lacked professional knowledge and experience.
