I recently had a HydraFacial at Pg.aesthetics & academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results! My main skin concerns were dryness, uneven texture, and dullness, so I was really hoping for a treatment that would provide deep hydration and give my skin a fresh, radiant look.

Atmosphere & Service

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The salon has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance with dim lighting, calming music, and a refreshing scent in the air. The staff was welcoming and professional, explaining each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout.

Results

Immediately after the facial, my skin looked and felt incredible! It was noticeably brighter, smoother, and deeply hydrated. The glow lasted for days, and even my friends commented on how fresh my skin looked. My skin texture felt much softer, and I noticed less dryness in the following weeks.

Overall Impression

This facial was worth every penny. Although it’s a bit pricier than some other facials I’ve tried, the results were more than I expected, and there was zero downtime. I’m planning to return monthly for maintenance and highly recommend this facial to anyone looking for a serious boost in hydration and glow.

Absolutely brilliant service 💕🌸 I had my vitamin drip treatment which helps you boost your energy level boost your metabolism nourishes your hair and nails and many more 👏🏻 I couldn’t ask for a better service. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly the place itself It’s so beautiful. I cannot wait to get back in there.

Avoid this business specifically the hairdresser named Yazmin. She is extremely unreliable and I’ve been let down 3 times now on the day, two of them being consecutive of each other.
She offered a refund or too rebook I obviously took the refund because she’s clearly incapable of committing to her job.
It’s been two weeks now and I’ve still had no refund no reply and all calls get ignored. All for a poxy £15, what an embarrassment!

Just finished my 2 day lash course, got trained in classics, hybrids and Russian lashes. I didn’t think I had it in me but with the help of poppy I’m confident in starting my new lash venture. And the best thing is I will have continuous support whenever needed even though I’ve completed my course! Definitely would recommend 🎀

I come to this salon on a regular basic love it so friendly and clean. I’ve been a client with poppy for 4 years getting lashes. I love them and would never change my lash tech. Poppy has also whitened my teeth amazing service. Highly recommend this salon has treatment services for everyone. Love you guys

Honestly the best place for lashes! I have my lashes done with Poppy and they are fantastic. Been going for months now after struggling to find somewhere in derby for lashes that were what I wanted. They last so long and look amazing, 100% recommend.

I had my eyelashes done by the amazing poppy 😍 who was so professional and made me feel very comfortable during the service! The salon is so beaut and clean! I also had a blow dry done after which again was so relaxing and every staff there made me feel comfortable!
