Had a 6 week course with the PTT team and thoroughly enjoyed it. For someone who absolutely hates going to the gym the lads at PTT install that enthusiasm back into your mindset.Yes it's hard yes it hurts but what you get out of it is so beneficial. The lads are all very helpful, explain things well making understanding what you want to achieve very easy. Had 5 weeks with Craig and a week with Paul and both were superb. Will definitely be going back.
