I had a consultation with Kate about the pain I was getting in my shoulder.
She worked on it whilst I was there and after 3 sessions I was pain free and was able to continue to work comfortably.
Kate is very professional in what she does and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable during the sessions.
Would highly recommend her as a physio.

Spending most of my working day in front of a computer has caused me to have back problems because of my posture, I now see Kate at intervals of about every six weeks to have acupuncture, stretches & massage to help keep my back problems at bay.

Kate has made a huge difference to my posture & eased my back problems for which I am very grateful.

I've had a few sessions with Kate now. Today was my first treatment of acupuncture as part of the process of recovering from a recent back injury. Kate knew I had a fear of needles from a previous conversation she had when I came to see her last year. Kate took her time to talk me through the whole process, this allowed me to feel comfortable and reassured. I didn't really feel a thing, it was gentle and really helped release the tension in my muscles. Kate finished the treatment off with some tissue massage before using ultrasound.
I have used many physios over my time playing rugby, Kate is by far the best and knowledgeable and knows what is best for me and any injuries that I pick up. Thanks Kate

I highly recommend Kate. I went to Kate with neck pain and headaches a couple of weeks ago which i'd been struggling with for a while. After the first treatment things felt a bit better but after the second treatment things felt absolutely great, my neck pain was much better plus I had no headaches. Kate did a lot of hands on work with me and gave me advice over what i should/shouldn't be doing. She also explained in detail what the problem was. Kate is very professional, personable and knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I was nagged into getting some physio by my wife - i'm glad i did!

Having played a considerable amount of sport I'm very familiar with the physio room. I needed physio and rehab on my left knee after having surgery in the summer. Kate is one of the best physios I've come across; so many just give you a cursory service and advise you to take anti-inflammatories/painkillers for pain which are never the solution. Kate does great deep tissue work and has a far more proactive approach to recovery. She's the real deal and worked with me on providing a natural, long-lasting solution to my problem. Couldn't be in a better place with my recovery.

After a horse riding accident I suffered with awful neck and shoulder pain for months, Kate identified this as mild whiplash and actually cured the pain after only 1 session of sports massage.
