I am doing a Medical Secretary Diploma at Pitman Training Brighton. From the first day I walked into Pitman Training Brighton I felt so welcomed and 100% satisfied with the service provided by Joy and Ian. I am a student at Pitman Training in Brighton and I look forward to coming into the centre to study my course every day. The centre is both welcoming and friendly and there is such a happy atmosphere which helps with my learning. My tutors are so patient with all their students and give so much support to us. As a women in her 50's, I was very reluctant and extremely nervous going back to study after 20 years out of the workplace but after initially speaking with Joy and explaining my worries, Joy guided me gently and I began to love studying for the first time. She is always there when I have a problem or am struggling to understanding part of a module and she will sit with me and explain the questions for as long as it takes for me to understand. The tutors at Pitman Training Brighton give superior service.

Medical Admin Diploma Pitman Brighton. This is the best thing I have ever done. This course has opened doors to career opportunities that were out of reach before.  I am dyslexic and have never been able to access learning to reach my full potential - until Pitmans. The self-directed course content was detailed, relevant and prepared me for the real life situations my future career as a Medical Secretary would present. Joy, at Pitman Brighton was instrumental in me achieving my goals throughout my course and she has my highest praise. Joy and Ian are two of the loveliest people to deal with. Currently in the process of gaining my AAT Level 3 Qualification. I am using an online provider that my company selected, however I have been able to choose my exam location. I've had two exams with Pitman now and can not fault them. They make it a pleasant experience, are both extremely lovely people and highly recommend 🙂

I studied AAT2 and now AAT3 with Pitman in Brighton, and both Joy and Ian are hugely helpful. The study centre is a calm quiet place to concentrate and assistance is there if you need it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pitman Brighton, thank you for your support (and the biscuits!) so far.

Went for an exam. Clearly the lady got confused between me and another guy at the end. I am very confident in the field I was doing the exam. The other chap wasn't. She was clearly confused about something so randomly gave the results. I barely passed, despite having the correct answers on my scrap paper, he got 96%. This was wrong but she refused to admit it. At the cost of the exam I recommend that you go somewhere else.
It was definitely you, you were clearly confused at the time of the results,. I will not waste more time getting back to you, you wasted my time and money. You can deny all you want, you were inefficient. I keep receiving emails from the course provider to remind me of that. Complete farce. Go somewhere else

Never picking up phone calls. Slow or even no email replies. The worst thing is that they don’t confirm your exam bookings as if you don’t have to prepare for it.
