Really happy to have received my 30 hour Professional Development Certificate from Pitmans today. The courses I chose were discussed with by the Operations Manager who was always at hand to assist with any queries or advice. I look forward to more studies with Pitman and the team!

I’ve been there for life in uk test, two middle aged women been there and really not good behaviour to people , overloaded people in waiting area and some stayed outside, just because they you want more money and more booking Do Not waste people time. no one being served by appointment time, not enough ventilation, and no enough staff.
People are paying £50 for 20 minutes test, definitely deserve really good service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have just completed a Professional Development Diploma with Pitmans. I tailored my diploma to exactly the modules which were relevant to my interest which worked really well as I had already had qualifications in certain areas. Starting in October 2023, I had contact with Jo and Nicki who kept in close touch with me throughout. The courses were seamless and easily accessible online. I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge and build on their CV.

I think the centre is well run. The test pre-check is thorough and the test room is well equipped.

There is a multi use toilet facility. There is no parking on site but there are loads of paid parking around.

Staff were friendly and supportive. Place is a bit difficult to find so please try to be early. Even though I planned to be one hour early, I got stuck in traffic and was 10 minutes late. But thankfully the staff kindly let me take my test.

The other test, I went early and it was all good.

They also have a toilet if you need to use it. It is just next to the door when you enter on the left.

Also they provide drinking water which is great.

You can only use the locker after they ask the initial set of questions. So don't come inside first time and lock your stuff.

You also need to switch off your phone before keeping it in the locker.

I had my Life in the UK test booked here and the whole experience was wonderful. The two lovely ladies working made it so easy when I was already super nervous. They were considerate, wonderful, professional, and amazing to have as the two ladies for the testing experience. Thank you!!!

Pitman training centre is the best.
Melissa was very helpful when I booked the test appointment and any questions I have had she always replied very quickly 5 star for her and the invigilators who worked on Saturday so we can take our test. Everyone was helpful and nice I definitely will take all my exams there and recommend them 😊
