I’m delighted that Posture and Poise have opened in Brailles. I am really enjoying practicing yoga with Gemma, she’s a wonderful teacher 🤩 I’ve been to Restorative yoga and meditation on Tuesdays and Breath and Flow on Thursdays. Thank you Gemma and Kate for creating a such a special place, I look forward to trying some of the many other classes on offer.

What a beautiful session on Tuesday morning - Prana Dance / Flow with Gemma...I am no natural 'dancer' but this session was so much more than the name possibly suggested...it is uplifting and joyful...guided movement (and breath work) but at the same time you are totally free to move to the beautiful music in your own way (and at your own pace)...there is no right or wrong way. A freeing, positive experience...I surprised myself and really recommend others to try it!

Posture and Poise Brailes is situated in beautiful calming surroundings. I cannot praise Gemma enough, she is a wonderful instructor and I am totally relaxed after Restorative Yoga and mediation, looking forward to exploring more classes

Thrilled to have this beautiful venue on my doorstep! Gemma' s Thursday morning yoga is wonderful, a beautiful fusion of styles, delivered with such detail and love.

I tried the restorative session last week and really felt the benefit of going deep and slow in to postures.

And last but certainly not least I have had a Menopause Massage by both Gemma and Kate on separate occasions and it left feel recalibrated and utterly zen.

This is a special place run by genuine, knowledgeable practitioners. Highly recommend!

What a GORGEOUS venue! I came for an Indian Head massage to destress and clear my busy mind. Gemma immediately made me feel at ease and the treatment room is calm, spacious and smells divine. I would highly recommend and will be returning!

I booked myself in for a course of four sports massages with Kate as my back and shoulders were painful and I needed everything loosening up! Kate was able to identify tight muscles & get in and release them, from the first session I felt more upright, on the last session I opted for my legs to be treated as they felt ‘heavy’ difficult to describe, I came away from that session feeling that I don’t trudge as I felt I was and my steps feel lighter and quicker. I can’t recommend Kate highly enough , a lovely person and so good at what she does.

First visit to the new Braisles location and it already has the same spiritual feel of the Stratford upon Avon location. Gemma is a very special person blessed with a heart and skill set which she shares when treating you to make you feel better mentally, physically and spiritually. Truely a 5 Star experience.
