I have been Racing & Chartering with Sunsail in many locations. I always find the facilities are excellent and well maintained, staff always been nice and very accommodating. We (as a family charter) just had a great week on their brand new Sun Odyssey 410 around Solent for my Yacht Masters' course with one of their best instructor (Mark Roberts). I did the competent crew course here, and the instruction was rigorous but enjoyable. The yacht itself exceeded expectations in terms of its features and performance. They do some courses in the late autumn/early winter, so if you don’t mind the cold, it’s a good way to do a sailing course that’s slightly more affordable.

Booked a weekend to try if i like the idea of sailing ⛵️, sleeping on board, check if i have seasickness (no i don’t), if i might be scared to death as i do not like water in general. I loved it! I learned a lot in 2 days but it’s not easy and at the same time fun. Sunsail made this experience pleasant and we would probably stick with them for future learning.

I can't say eenough good things about the saying instructor Tony Brown.
Utterly charming very calm and so experienced. I only met him briefly but my wife, daughter and their two friends thought the absolute world of him. An absolute pleasure to see a master instructor gently remind two Tweenies of their watch responsibilities. I am not sure how long he'll be continuing for but I would advise anyone keen to learn their ropes and much, much more to try and learn with Tony.

I attended the day skipper 5 day course.

I was in contact with Rob for the booking, who was very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had.

The syllabus and instructor (Jack) were great. The boats are very new and comfortable as well.

Great day out, our Kipper was good laugh and informative , sailing out of Portsmouth harbour very exciting with war ship coming into dock. 40ft boats good quality and fun.

What a super day out sailing with Sunsail today out of Portsmouth Harbour. We were even lucky enough to see both of the two new aircraft carriers, HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales. The day was thoroughly well organised and super fun with an excellent crew. I would definitely recommend Sunsail to anyone wanting to book sail training, corporate events or charters, they're a great company.
