I would definitely recommend Prospero Teaching. I have two agents that I am working with Charlotte and Kyle. Charlotte has been very helpful and supportive. Klye is the consultant that I have regular contact with and he initially enrolled me and introduced me to Charlottes school. Kyle has helped, supported and guided me every step of the way. He checks in with me and resolves issues promptly. He gives me advice on teething issues in my placement and provides me with options and clarity in uncertain aspects of my journey. I am very happy with the agency, I feel that both consultants have really listened and found me a good fit. I am new to the agency, it's my 9th week working with them. So far so good.

I am still owed money for work I did for Prospero. I have called the office multiple times. I have been told someone will call me back but they never do. I have sent multiple emails and left voice messages and text messages with the agent. They are completely ignoring me. Awful experience.

Update - after ringing my agent with a withheld number, he finally answered and I did eventually get paid for the work I did. It took around 3-4 weeks but was resolved in the end.
