I recently attended PMS’s Effective Purchasing training as part of my apprenticeship, arranged by my employer as a development opportunity. Initially, I wondered if the content might be too complex, but Gareth (the trainer) delivered it in a way that was clear, engaging, and easy to follow. The course was well structured, and the examples used made the information both interesting and highly relevant.

I’ve already been able to apply what I learned—using the negotiation skills covered in the training with a supplier just the other day—which has been a real confidence boost at this stage in my career.
