I join the gym with my partner (2 weeks ago) I doing the same training plan as he do of course I do as much I can (lighter). There is so many challenges for me exp weight issues I wasn't confident at all etc... This is a first gym that no one care about how I am look like even the personal trainers give me a compliment how I am strong and keep up the good work. Such a good environment for starters as there is no judge at all!!! I love there and for sure who ever want to start changing lifestyle just go there as you will have a best atmosphere and you will have some compliment which is help you to keep going. Clean and well managed. I just recommend this Gym.

Cramped gym with a lot of equipment blocking walkways when in use or machines that can't be used when nearby machines are in use because they knock into each other.

Almost every time I'm in there I have personal trainers asking me to book a session with them even though I've told them multiple times I'm not interested. Really getting on my nerves and if it continues im going to strongly consider moving to a new gym.

I have to constantly ask personal trainers to move their bags/jackets from equipment they aren't using during their sessions, most don't seem to have any awareness of the fact other people want to use some equipment especially during busy times.

Men's changing room smells absolutely horrendous and based on other reviews it sounds like its been a problem for months so I don't imagine it's going to be fixed anytime soon.

I came here when it first opened, but didn’t end up reviewing it at the time. This gym isn’t one of the biggest pure gyms, but it’s well spaced out, so it doesn’t feel crowded, even at busy times. There’s plenty walk way and the changing room is also quite spacious. The only downside I would say is that it doesn’t have enough equipment to cope with busy times. I went in the evening (passed 8pm) and I found myself having to wait for a certain machine, and end up working out a completely different muscle group, just so that my workout don’t get ruined by cold muscles. But my visit was still a good one.

Great local gym, especially considering the price 🔥💪🏋️ it has free water fountain, hairdryers, sanitation wipes, vendine machine is stocked with protein stuff... Much more than I can expect for the price!

I’ve been regularly using this branch for ten months and don’t have a single complaint. Amazing value and a very positive gym atmosphere.
I’m currently using Amma as my personal trainer and can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ve been working-out four times a week for seven years and yet am now aching in new places after just two sessions with her. Happy customer.

Had to cancel my membership. I don’t remember the last time I’ve managed to get a bench in this gym, must’ve been months. It’s way too busy for its size. Annoying having to have half finished workouts all the time. Apart from that, good equipment and clean.

Booked an induction on the app as I’ve not been to the gym before. Turned up to the gym 10 minutes early and no one was there. I wandered into the training area and tried to find someone for another 25 minutes for someone and still no staff present. Managed to find the studio where the app says the induction is supposed to be and there was a yoga class or something going on there. Not a great experience for someone just starting out who is unfamiliar with the gym and needs guidance on the equipment.

Been training here since it opened. I train early morning as it gets busy, but lots of machines and equipment so rarely have to wait for anything other than benches when gym is busy. Only negative is the smell from the drains in bathroom and showers, they need a deep clean.
