Started here November 2017. I should have done it years ago. Great people from all walks of life. Learn a new skill, get fit and make some new friends song the way.

EDIT: It is now 2021 and the place is still going strong. The gym has a wide ranging appeal from all walks of life, from old and young. They teach real-world skills from a variety of disciplines. Best place to learn a combat sport in Redditch, I believe.

Fantastic for myself and my 3 girls, we take part in kickboxing and karate..
The atmosphere is very family orientated 🙂 we look forward to many years of experience from here! from the very skilful instructors and coaches. First two sessions are free so you decide for yourself 🙂
