I had a full body massage with Gem at her new location in Church Crookham. The atmosphere was so relaxing from start to finish. I’ve come out feeling so much better, without the tight stressed shoulders I went in with! I will absolutely be re-booking and recommending to others. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

For my birthday I've treated myself to a Pamper Package including a back & shoulder massage, a full facial and a foot massage. It was one of the best treatments I've ever had and the products used on me were lovely. I struggled to stay awake halfway through but there's no way I'd let myself fall asleep and miss half of the treatment! Lyn was great! A very kind and talented therapist who enjoys her job. I can't wait to come back!

The beauty treatments and fitness classes here are just fab!
I had a full body massage by Lyn and this was amazing the extras she included that I haven't had before in a full body massage were just great!
Gem who hosts the fitness classes is also brilliant she really pushes you no matter what level!

Just had the most wonderful massage from Lynn. As a male it can be difficult to find someone to provide a good sports massage with sufficient pressure. Lynn took time to ask me how I was feeling and which areas I felt needed extra attention. The massage was perfect and I left feeling fantastic- I will be back. So fortunate to have this fantastic place on our doorstep- weekend massage appointments a real bonus - often difficult to find appointments when I have such a full work schedule.

I had a wonderful massage from Lyn. Highly professional, thoughtful and I felt totally safe. This is a fantastic facility in the heart of Crowthorne. They also have some lovely items in the boutique shop so I started my Christmas shopping too!

Gem and Lyn are absolutely fantastic! You can really tell that they have put their heart and soul into this place. All the people working here is passionate about what they do and enjoy helping others, even if it is just to have a quick chat. The classes are incredible and the massages even better.

Yet another fantastic experience at Re-flection. A perfect pedicure, superb massage from Lyn and her eyebrow tint and wax was the best.
As usual the team were great, you come away relax and ready to face the world again. Can't wait for my next treatment!
