I needed an unusual bolt, m14x1.5x40 and was told, "You won't get that bolt in Bourne" I called into Resource and asked a simple question, "Have you got a bolt like this please?" Mmmm, said Luke, "I'll have a look" Astoundingly he returned with an identical bolt and suitable washers! My day was made. If you need something please try Resource. Luke, the youth restored my faith in humanity at Resource. His attitude and knowledge was reassuring in these times. I will go back!

I happily recommend Resource Engineering. The staff seem keen to help find what you need, for example identifying the correct thread on a bolt for which I needed more of. (Not always as simple as you might think!)
I've bought several tools there, and expect to buy others in the future.

We were out on a bike ride not from this area and discovered that we had lost a brake caliper bolt.Was advised by a local garage to go to Resource engineering and he gave directions. Not only did the guy give us a bolt and washer he gave us a spare.Plus he wouldn't take payment for it.That is a rare service these days can't thank them enough. Amazing customer service Thank you.
