And their Training App is extra useful - the videos guide you through the whole process. Recently, during the winter months i undertook my Module 1 and Module 2 training and tests with RMT, the training was conducted in a professional, informative manner and my instructors (Laura, Andy, Mike and Simon) were clear in their instructions and very thorough and caring regarding working through any issues i was l experiencing when learning. I passed my Module 1 test first time with 0 Faults and my Module 2 test first time with minimal faults (we all make them!). I just want to thank you all at RMT (even Caroline for enduring my endless calls to book in!) for giving me the knowledge and skills to start my biking journey. I recently had the pleasure of attending the RMT motorcycle training week in Normandy, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the get-go, the intensity and focus of Simon’s training was on another level. He dedicated time to every rider individually, ensuring we all improved based on our own abilities. Laura and Glynn were equally amazing, spending the entire week in the saddle with us, offering hands-on instruction that made all the difference.

The location couldn’t have been better—staying in a beautiful, historic chateau steeped in the fascinating history of German and American command occupation. The choice of Normandy was perfect for its stunning French roads, which were a joy to ride.

The dedication and commitment from Simon, Laura, and Glynn were first class. If you're serious about taking your riding to the next, advanced level, this is the course for you. Book early—you won't regret it!

Training is first class. More expensive than other motorcycle training schools but I guess you get what you pay for. I passed MOD1 & MOD2 first time. Big thanks to Laura my instructor and the team at RMT. Recommended.

Only when I trained at RMT did I realise, this is what motor cycle training should be. The RMT team (Laura, Si and Mike) are passionate about bike skills and safety. I was trained by each instructor, which I loved. As this has given me a share of wider knowledge and experience. I looked forward to every lesson and after each lesson I felt more confident. I passed my MOD 1 and 2 first time with RMT.
2025 is a year to practise and improve, when I have a few miles under my belt I will be back for advanced training. Thanks guys keep doing what you do. It's just fabulous.

I came to Simon after spending several hours training with another riding school. They were unable to get me through my CBT - their style of teaching was just 'do what I've just done' which didn't work for me and I don't consider that as being taught how to do a manoeuvre. I did 3 taster sessions with Simon and started to conquer left hand turns. Simon correctly assessed the problem as lack of balance and advised me to ride a push bike. 8 hours on a push bike sorted the difficulty out and on 13/14 September I took the CBT and passed. Two weeks later I bought a 125cc having sold my 50cc. Since then I have done over 250 miles in two weeks. Now I can see why people love riding. I'm loving that I'm relaxed and doing it right. Had it not been for Simon I'd have given up after a lot of money and time being spent and not getting any further forward. I recommend him and his team. Life changing. Today I rode into Birmingham city centre and went round all the big islands and under the tunnels and successfully filtered
across the lanes to access my exit. Tada!

The training provided by RMT is superb. All the instructors who coached me; Laura, Mike and Simon were the most knowledgeable, attentive and fun instructors to work with. I felt in safe hands throughout my training Journey with them as my skills and confidence grew. The team at RMT really are dedicated to providing the best training possible and hold themselves and their students to a high standard, as a result I passed my Mod 1 and 2 tests first time with confidence and support from the instructors. Furthermore Karen as part of the admin team has been fantastic organising sessions, booking tests and sending emails. The process has been easy to navigate and prep for with all the details clearly layed out and any questions I had were promptly answered.

I highly recommend booking in with RMT if you are serious about learning to ride a motorcycle as I am confident you won't find a better training school.
