Our ethos is to leave no one behind! We support young people into work, we work on their behaviours, decision making, and confidence so that they have the best possible chance in life.
We also support construction employers with upskilling their staff with NVQs and relevant training.
The Appropriate Provision for our schools pupils is outstanding, mainstream school isn’t the best option for some pupils, we ensure they still have the best opportunities in life.

We have two supported accommodation homes for young people in Blackpool and have been sending them to RossCon since it’s inception. Danny and his team have looked after several of our young people and have always worked tirelessly to support them and find them an apprenticeship. The service they provide to this sometimes ‘harder to reach’ group of teenagers is second to none. Thanks Danny et al for all that you do and keep up the great work!
