I called to get information about the CSCS card for working in construction, and young girl named Lula answered the phone. She spoke with a very weak voice, showing no interest in speaking. Her attitude was extremely bad and disrespectful. It felt like she was mocking me during the call and not answering my questions properly. It’s truly a shame If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work. The way she spoke with me seem like she was being forced to work. It’s very disappointing

Runway facilitated a fantastic 3 day Leadership and Lean Management training course in Brighton attended by 20+ keen and enthusiastic business owners and managers. The course content was a mix of refresher plus new ideas and plenty of time for breakout sessions and discussion with peers. Fully recommended.

They took 4 months to order a card and when I go to pick it up they have closed the office early, they don't respond to emails so don't even bother you either have to go in or call, that's if they haven't closed early
