Recently my computer died on me, this was quite a stressful time as I had no access to all of my work. I needed support quickly to invest in a new PC and help with getting this all set up. I contacted Saber Solutions; Martin and Matthew were extremely understanding and helpful, having experienced fantastic support from Sabre Solutions before, I had every faith in them that they would be able to help me again. Martin was patient and very professional and in no time at all I was with a new PC, all set up and running again. Massive thanks to Sabre Solutions, wouldn't choose any other I.T support company.

Would 100% recommend Martin and his team at sabre solutions. They resolved my issues with my broken laptop needing replacement ( which was needed urgently due to being a student with assignment deadlines!) and were extremely efficient and quick with the service provided. They give me daily updates and kept me in loop with everything, very friendly and so helpful as well as follow up phonecalls to check all was okay and I was happy with everything . I was a new customer to Sabre we wanted to upgrade to windows 11 so had to replace 4 computers, I was slightly anxious about the process having never dealt with Martin and his team, the process was excellent, despite my anxiety Martin was very professional and dealt with all my concerns. When I voiced concern about the noise of the fans on the computers Martin found some software that turned the fans to a silent mode. My laptop suffered a broken CPU fan. Sabre Solutions were very quick and efficient in getting it back up and running in no time. The new part was identified, ordered and replaced within a couple of days and at a very good price.

Really good outfit. Second time using them as first time was a good experience. This time the cost of repair would have made the repair not worth it - rather than repair and charge me a lot of money, they were 100% straight and honest with me and recommended I buy a new laptop instead. It's this level of honesty and professionalism which must attribute to their 5 star rating. I would strongly recommend them and will go back to them if I need more help in the future with computer repair.

I called Sabre as they were local to where I live and I thought my computer had a hardware problem and thought I would have to take it to them in person. After just 5 minutes in the phone it was fixed (and turned out to be a software problem - shows how much I know). Excellent service and will definitely use them again.

Left a message with sabre and was called back very quickly, After a short conversation with Martin he diagnosed the issue and told me what I needed to do to fix it. It worked perfectly and very kindly gave me his expert opinion without charge. Highly recommend.
