I’ve been attending yoga classes with Nina for over a year now. I’ve previously had breast cancer and feel confident that all the positions and exercises can be adapted to my needs if necessary. Occasionally we may do chair yoga which involves different movements but you still work all the body parts that you would on your mat. The class always finishes with a calming mindfulness session which is most welcome. Afterwards I feel like I’ve spent an hour both exercising and recharging my batteries.

Best Yoga class I've ever been to. Nina is a wonderful guide who truly cares about each member of the class. There is a buoyant and supportive atmosphere in her classes, so no one feels embarrassed if we wobble over on a balance pose! I have learned so much through Sansaar Yoga and would recommend her classes to anyone who wants to improve technique or try yoga for the first time.

Practising yoga has been an ambition of mine for several years but for me it had to be what I call authentic yoga not fashionable/faddy yoga, something that would work with my mind, body and soul. It also had to be with the right teacher, someone who would work alongside you, encouraging yet challenging you. Nina and her teaching around Ayurveda principles is exactly what I was looking for. We are 6 months in and whilst I have much still to learn I am delighted with the progress we are making, thank you Nina. X

The first time I joined Nina’s yoga class was back in 2016. I’d done a yoga class before but it was too advanced and too fast. So when I found out Nina was a qualified yoga teacher, I took the chance to join her class, and loved it.

Nina has a soft and easy approach, is warm and encouraging without feeling like you have to push beyond your limits. My fellow students are warm and friendly and we always have a laugh during the class.

If you’ve never tried yoga I highly recommend attending one of Nina’s sessions. We have a WhatsApp group and support each other, especially during the COVID lockdown, where Nina very quickly switched to virtual online sessions.

Yoga itself is so rewarding. It gives you great balance and strength, and for me definitely tighten areas of my body that other workouts would have missed. 5 stars from me!

I love this class!
Nina is a caring and nurturing teacher who goes that extra mile to share her knowledge and love of yoga and meditation making sure that whatever ability you have, you can achieve your potential.
Yoga classes take place in the old Cross Barn in Odiham, a beautiful venue with the added advantage of underfloor heating in the winter.
