Been to Sapien may times. Rich knows far more than most trainers I have met. The gym is really friendly and, refreshingly, it wasn't full of people taking pictures of their biceps and bums. Rich did a postural analysis on me which accorded to what both a podiatrist and osteopath said. He gave me a programme to help address my imbalance. Don't know much about Yoga, but Rosie led me through a class and I really enjoyed it and she was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Sapien

Highly recommend Sapiens gym. Rich and his amazing team are smashing it. Small, independent gym in a beautiful building set in the Sussex country side. There is a great community with fun classes. As I work for myself, it is great to have a space to go in the morning or evening where there will always been a lovely bunch of people working towards their goals, Thank you Rich and the team, Isobel X

I highly recommend this gym and yoga studio set 5 mins outside Brighton in a converted barn just off the A23.
Friendly, personalised and unlike any other gym I’ve been to. No machines, just weights and body work. I went to improve my strength and mobility for tennis and Padel and am enjoying strength and mobility work for the first time in 30 years! I’ve also already noticed significant improvements in two months and now enjoy these sessions as much as my Padel/tennis.
Great flexible pricing structure too - classes, monthly membership and personal training.
Congratulations to Rich and Rosie on creating such a great and welcoming (for all ages and bodies) facility.

Epic! Loved these guys. Hired their yoga studio for breathwork. Rosie made it swift and easy to deal with the booking, and Rich was such a friendly and super helpful guy. They were so helpful on the day, and the space is perfect! I'm 100% going to use their beautiful studio again.

Great little Cali gym, people are super friendly and classes are always fun. My strength has certainly improved since starting these classes, so I’ll keep going until I can do an unbanded muscle up 🤞🏽great alternative to a regular gym.

Professional and highly responsive management. Super friendly too. Really flexible with bookings & generous with offers, packages & discounts for the various rooms (sizes and time slots) I don’t work 9-5 & so happy about the late evening & weekend flexibility they give me which clients also love. Parking, toilets, Wi-Fi, basically anything required to run your particular sessions. Amazing app for booking rooms which is a game changer from the regular rental spaces on offer. Just off the A23 so very convenient from most locations. I come from Gatwick and only 25 mins which is less than going to my previous clinic in central hassocks as avoiding town traffic. Great for clients to access you, even by bus from Brighton or Henfield/Horsham… If you’re looking for room hire as a professional practitioner then I’d recommend Sapiens everyday!

I went to see Claire for a massage and it was absolutely incredible! I can’t believe how cheap she is and how amazing!! Highly recommend 🙂
