I have just recently completed the Beginners Yoga course at Sarvanga Yoga taught by Hollyanna and have loved it, so much so I have signed up for the next step Improver's course.
Hollyanna was very welcoming and had a brilliant teaching style. She gives extremely good instruction and is a font of knowledge and very good at explaining which muscles to engage and why. I have learnt so much. The course covered all the basic foundational yoga poses and I am as so pleased to have found her class. The space at Holme Grange where the yoga takes place is very serene and lovely too. My weekly trip to class is fast becoming the highlight of my week.

Last Sunday I went to Sarvanga Studio. I had a session with Ewa Olejniczak. She conducted Yoga Yin & Restore session. It’s has been a great experience! My body and mind very much needed her gentle approach and relaxing atmosphere she created, not to mentioned about very effective stretching. I highly recommend that studio and her as a yoga instructor. Can’t wait to to attend another session..,.

Sarvanga is the most beautiful studio that has bought calm and balance to my life. It's warm and welcoming with a wide offering of classes taken by friendly professional instructors. From the moment you walk in, you get a special feeling that helps you to unwind. I love the meditation at the end of class and always leave feeling relaxed. I would highly recommend this special place to anyone looking to work on their own well-being - it has so much to offer.

Moved to the area in June and was on the lookout for a gorgeous yoga studio and definitely found one in Sarvanga Yoga. Regularly attend classes here and the instructors are so lovely and I always have the best experience. Highly highly recommend. The studio has such a peaceful atmosphere and is always so spotlessly clean and is really aesthetically pleasing.

Rebecca's got a great knowledge of yoga, no two classes tend to be the same and yet I always feel like I've used every part of my body. The relax session at the end is always a welcome experience, especially the eye pillows! Would totally recommend!
