I disagree with the previous reviews,

The lady was incredibly helpful, took time out to make sure everything was right and fitted for my daughter's full uniform today, even though she had lots to do herself .

Went in to purchase school skirt, however the lady was extremely rude. Zero customer service. Wish we could go elsewhere. There needs to be some more local alternatives to this terrible shop.

Better! Feel the urge to put something positive on amongst the negative reviews of recent times. I have used this shop for many years and a few years ago we experinced a lot of problems when my first child started secondary school. I am pleased to report however that this summer, prior to my last child starting secondary school, the service was much better, all the kit was in stock and the ladies we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Very positive visit to Devizes shop, the lady was so helpful and knowledgeable, also quality of uniform is fabulous, my mum used this shop when I went to school, I used it for my children, now my children are using it for their children, one of the best uniform shops around,

Since the long-term owners retired it's gone downhill rapidly. Local outstanding primary stopped using them 2 years ago due to (new) poor service.
Claimed that a 2ndary school jumper came in sizes XS, M and L - no S, apparently. Also, one-size-fits all skirts for same school. Best of all tried to sell BOYS blazer to a girl!
Went to Trowbridge - much better service, exchanged ill-fitting uniform.

Bought faulty Blazer from scholars and will have to wait a year for a replacement, not good enough! Wouldn’t happen if I went to buy a toaster and it was faulty!!! Immediately would be replaced. Consumer rights act comes to mind. What gets me most is the new year 7 are starting and they are selling blazers to them but can’t replace mine.

Disgusting service !!!! Never been in a shop where the staff are so rude.couldnt be botherd attitude when I asked a simple question ..... my mother went in to get my children's school uniform and they was rude to her and rude when I went in to collect something.will not be going in there again.walked out there today fuming.i do have to say that the young girl in there WAS very helpful with my question and very professional the older woman in there should take note and come to work with a better attitude when serving the public .
