I visited the gym recently ad found a great facility. My 1 recommendation would be to invest in strength training equipment, a mixture of free weights to promote all factors such a balance and stability as well as promoting the retention of muscle mass . This is a critical factor for promoting longevity and independence and mobility . For those lacking mobility Weight training machines are ideal . The research is there and it is widely accepted that the promotion of strength training for older adults is a key component for the promotion of positive health outcomes. Sorry to labour this point , however a great facility nevertheless- thank you 🙏

My sister had an appointment today,what a lovely place,all the staff were wonderful. Hats off to ALL the kitchen staff,brilliant service and the most yummy cakes. I shall certainly take advantage of the meals the can provide for eating at home🥰

A little worried and nervous about recieving a treatment, and yet I had nothing to fear! Matt is kind and understanding, with a great deal of knowledge, and immediately put me at ease.

With Matt having regular clinics at the Seachange, Budleigh Salterton, I cant recommend him enough to friends and family in the area , I am so please I decided to go.
