I just want to start off by saying the facilities look great, the administration however is an absoloute disgrace.

We tried to get our son into this nursery, had all the paperwork and finances sorted, but then were messed around for weeks being told we would be called back the same day, someone would call back the same week, emails saying someone would be in contact. Notes were apparently taken and we were 'promised' we would hear back.

After weeks of phone calls, we gave up and went elsewhere that got back to us the same day.

Don't waste your time trying to get your kid in here, they say they will get back to you and never do.

Hate to have to leave this review as the place honestly looks great, but the administration let us down. Even people that have their kids there complain about the lack of trust in the administration.

We feel so absolutely fortunate that this nursery exists.
They have and continue to put in so much genuine effort in the care of our child.
They do not shy away from responsibility and they made our son feel safe and special.
Our son has complex needs and they truly excelled in his care.
