I have been on 2 weekend retreats now, I had the almost amazing time, highly recommend! Annelie is lovely , the healthy food is delicious and it’s set in the most perfect location.
My favourite parts of the last retreat was the kundalini yoga and forest bathing , this was new and really fun and exciting.
Annelie is an amazing yoga instructor, everyone that attends the retreat is lovely, everyone gets on well and becomes friends.
You wouldn’t be disappointed, I can’t wait to go to more of the retreats this coming year.
I also go to the yoga sessions and woman circles which I love , when I first attended and met Annelie I was in a difficult place in my life and really needed some help and guidance ? Annelie has helped me massively and I can happily say I’m on a different journey now and feel more at peace and happy.

I have been to the yoga classes, the women’s circle and the wonderful retreat in Bala Brook. It has been an amazing experience. Annelie is very intuitive and caring. She makes sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable and well cared for. She helped me hugely to relax and connect with my own intuition. The accommodation, food and company is all wonderful. Everything just feels good. The offers on the retreat are also very special with a huge variety and fantastic choice…yoga, sound bath, forest bathing, treatments, meditation….
I wished everyone could experience that peaceful moment being well cared for in a very supportive environment.

Have just been on one of the retreats and it was the most amazing experiences shared by some amazing people. The foods opened my eyes to what is available for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diets. Had some really yummy food.
There were workshops and relaxation as well the yoga classes which were all thought out to help be as inclusive as possible.
The location is truly magical, relaxing and comfy.

In 2023 I was a complete yoga novice - I attended a retreat and was so pleased that I did. I learnt a lot. The location is amazing. I spent time with the most wonderful people. Ate delicious homemade vegan and vegetarian food. I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes, Annelie is the best. I rebooked for 2024 and took my daughter. We have both rebooked for 2025. If you are thinking about attending a yoga retreat, this is the one.

I heartily recommend Annalie's yoga teaching. She is super well prepared and has clearly researched and planned her lessons. The retreat that she ran at Bala Brook was awesome. It is a magical setting. The food was delicious and very healthy all cooked by Annalie. The practice room is nice and cosy. The accommodation is comfortable. The programme was packed so you could try out lots of different practices and experiences.

Annelie's retreat at Bala Brook was lovely. It is an amazing location on Dartmoor which is very conducive to a retreat. There is a wide variety of yoga and the food is excellent. A great weekend. Thank you
