Recently just renewed my Emergency First Aid @ Work with them, and what a great course Sarah who led the training was a fantastic instructor. She was very thorough with everything and always made time for anyone's questions. The course was kept interactive and interesting and what I was dreading was a long day in a classroom, turned out not to be the case at all.
We will be getting Shield back to do our Forklift training and the next batch of First aid next year.

Once again, Shield have been fantastic. Our trainer for a MEWP course, Derek, was an absolute testament to your organisation and the delegates all came to me individually to say how he was the best trainer they had ever had.
He was patient, knowledgeable and really worked with the guys to get them up to standard. I explained before the course started that one of the delegates was a bit nervous and may need some extra assistance and Derek was just incredible and brought out the best in him.

I really appreciate this kind of approach to training and it benefits the confidence and abilities of the delegates too.

Thank you all once again and please pass on my thanks to Derek, he is an absolute gentleman.

its just a bluff, whatever they are giving the material is not helping to prepare the exams, no proper response of email. Didn't response the email on time. They are just making money no tutor is online to help. They are just creating the hipe byself.
