I can’t recommend Shift enough! From the moment I stepped through the doors, Kim and the team made me feel welcomed and motivated. I started with the 6-week kickstart program and was so impressed that I’ve now committed to a membership.

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, always focusing on proper form to ensure you get the best results from your workouts. The facility is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need to succeed.

Since joining this summer, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, fitness, and overall confidence. If you’re looking for small group training that makes a real difference, Shift is the place to be. Go have a look!

Having been a member of SHIFT since they opened, I can honestly say that when i attend the classes i book onto, it’s easily the best hour…..or 2 of my day, it’s chance for me to escape day to day life and be with like minded individuals aiming to achieve the same goals! The coaching and guidance are exceptional and the support I receive is second to none.
The social side of the gym community is fantastic with so many events to meet up ‘off the gym floor’. A gym like no other.

Have seen such a difference since consistently training at Shift. Such a supportive atmosphere, great members and constant encouragement.

The small group PT means the brilliant coaches are able to correct form and adjust sessions if you have any niggles or injuries as well as ensuring you’re working optimally.

When work gets in the way of the gym they make sure I am still on track and regular check ins help me to keep fit and healthy.

Honestly can’t recommend Shift enough!

I’ve been at Shift for a year now and it’s the only gym/personal training I’ve stuck at. The classes are great, always varied and I can fit them in around work. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and always encouraging me. I feel the best I’ve felt in years!

I’ve wanted to get stronger and fitter for a while but wasn’t sure where to start and felt uncomfortable trying classes or large open gym areas. I took the plunge with a 6 week course, I’m half way through and the only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner! The coaches are outstanding, the other people in the small (max 4 per class) are just lovely, the environment is welcoming and encouraging - what’s not to love. If you have ever considered it……don’t consider it any longer.:..do it! You won’t regret it. Thank you to all the team and the members I’ve met! Caroline x

’ve been a member for 2 years, and it’s now part of my life. Going to the gym isn’t a chore, it’s for fun and I can see how it’s changing my life.

The coaches guide you the whole way through, I turn up and don’t have to think or plan. They ensure you’re achieving your goals, but also encouraging and will push when needed. They know what I’m capable of even if I don’t on the day.

The community is great and my favourite part, everyone is welcoming and there’s always so many socials to take part in.

I’ve been a member of Shift for a year now and have never felt stronger and fitter. This is by far the best gym/ persona training club I’ve ever joined. The classes are so varied really well designed and you never get bored. I look forward to them. Not only has my general wellbeing greatly improved but I’ve also gained new friends. The coffee machine is good too ?

I am coming to the end of my second week of the 6 week introduction and am thrilled with the service I have received so far. I have done several performance sessions and am looking forward to my first Move session later!! Having communicated my health issues upfront, I now do not need to worry about whether the exercises are okay as it is all taken care of. Additional nutritional advice and on movement outside of the gym is great and everyone I have met so far has been so welcoming.
