Shirley is an excellent teacher and has guided me in yoga practice for many years. I have valued the classes held in small groups and relaxed surroundings. I feel I am learning to take the principles of yoga and use in different aspects of my life as a result of Shirley's classes.

Very impressed with Shirley's excellent yoga tuition. She is clearly a highly experienced teacher, taking time to explain the benefits of the asanas as well as looking at the holistic wellbeing of the individual. Highly recommended!
