Shorne Woods is my dog’s favorite park! The stunning woodland is perfect for walks, and Ralph loves exploring every corner. There’s also a lovely café and a wood-fired pizza place, which is such a treat in the summer. The park offers paid parking and is wheelchair-friendly, making it accessible for everyone. It’s a popular spot, so make sure to arrive early on busy days to secure a good parking spot.

Large car park, £4. Cafe, visitor centre and toilets. Wood fired pizza shed serving very nice food and doggy ice creams. Dog friendly with off lead areas and woods to explore, plenty of poo bins scattered around. Many paths and routes to follow of varying lengths clearly marked, as well as accessible trails. Large play area and many really nice spots for a picnic.

Broadwalkd and broad leaves: some parts have great access for those with limited mobility but beyond those paths are lovely mature woods to explore. A cafe and children’s’ play area complete the ensemble along with the pay and display car park.

Overall, Shorne Woods Country Park is a gem in Kent, It's a perfect destination for a stroll, surrounded by natural beauty.

A great place for an interesting woodland wander. There is a large car park which costs £3 for the day. Very reasonable. There are a few choices of way marked paths. There are some amazing trees, bodies of water, carvings and more to see as you explore.

Large country park with numerous walking trails,some longer and more challenging than others. Running track and also exercise points along the way like monkey bars, jumps etc etc. for kids there is a great play area and there are picnic tables nearby too!
The park also has its own cafe with indoor seating and outdoor seating if you have your dog or just prefer it. Guide dogs are allowed inside. There is takeaway pizzeria and ice cream cabin but this was closed when I visited.
If you don't mind the mess, there is a dog pond .
There are toilets on site.
The car park is large and spaces for those with disabled badges is provided. Parking is charged at a rate of £3 but this is for the whole day.

Walks, cafe, pizza, big playground. Stopped here twice on the way to and from our holiday in Kent. Really glad we did. The playground is excellent, as are the pizzas. Lots of different walking routes through the woods.

We visited the Christmas Trail which our grandchildren loved. They enjoyed the hot chocolate and making decorations (thank you elves) and visiting Santa.
