Actually works pretty well for what it is for. I see a lot of people complaining about teachers not setting stuff on time, or other issues like that, which aren't aimed at the software specifically. Granted, the stress testing must have been fairly lackluster, as I remember quite a few times when the website crashed from what I can presume is an overflow of users, an issue which can be fixed with more investment in server sizes. To all the people complaining about issues to do with teachers, bring it up with them. it is in their best nature to comply with it and try and improve with it, this website is still pretty new with it being here since the back end of 2017, so for a lot of teachers it is only a small fraction of their careers. With some streamlining and bulkier servers, this could be a really good addition for both students and teachers

give me my notifications before the day the homework is due like JESUS. i wake up for school and my phone just shows me a notification that came at 3 in the morning about a french homework i had due that day. im lucky i wake up at 7 for school

Not working very well. My RE teacher set us some homework a week or so ago, but now the assignment is not showing up anywhere. Doesn't help that the website was very badly stress tested, resulting in a crash earlier this month. Teachers never giving enough information ruins it. I know this isn't this company's fault, but they could at least try to encourage them to use it more.

The website is great but it's the teachers that ruin it. A lot of the time they don't tell you about the homework when they set it and the only way you would know is if you check SMH every 10 minutes or you have the app which gives you notifications. Some even don't put it on there because they don't appreciate the technology that people are making to increase the quality of school and homework. If you are ill and a teacher sets homework a lot of the time you're f**ked because thy don't put enough detail into the description, if it's a sheet that you needed to take home but you were ill the teacher will always have it as a file that most computers can't open because no one has the same programs which is the worst part. I don't know how many times I've had to go into a class again because i couldn't get the sheet open on my computer.

This is actually not really a good website cause teachers take the mock and just set the home work without telling us like seriously cant u just tell us so we don t end up not doing it teachers need to use there command sense and learn what they need to do to make there students do the home work but at the same time its good cause if your ill u can see what home work was set

Personally, and i speak for all students, this site is a bunch of bullshit. what were they think? "oh lets make a site that allows students to be in more pain and torture than the education system is already giving them."

yeah i agree it's helpful but please don't do this to us, i bet Kodak would skrt outta here faster than Barry Allen. Please close this site down.

if i could then i would not give this any stars it doesnt let me log in so i cant do homework, another bad thing about this is that the teachers dont even tell us when its set so i go home happy thinking that i didnt get any home work but then i get home go onto my computer and find out i have five bits to do (i have 5 lessons a day) this is terrible and the schools shouldnt be using it

Honestly, this website isn't terrible. I just believe that, as a students point of view, the teachers ruin it for the rest of us. Some teachers never bother to let us know on the website- or they're too lazy so they put all the details on it. This goes into my next issue with SMW, how logging in can be a very tedious task. At the start of my usage of SMW it was hard to login because the process of creating our accounts didn't seem very interesting at all. This led to a lot of people forgetting their password or username after setting, but mine worked after a few days. That's a very odd system you've got there. I say you add sections for a teacher to fill out as they set homework and make them mandatory- then we'll always know exactly what to do. P.S, PDF files corrupt for many other viewers. Check that bug out.
