I’ve been fortunate enough to attend a number of personal development workshops during my career and found Dee Clayton’s take on personality types just brilliant!! The workshop enabled me to develop a much greater self awareness as well as a detailed understanding of why others I interact with behave as they do. This has far reaching implications and benefits both professionally and personally.
