Training with Simply Changing was a life altering experience for me. “To know others, we must first know ourselves”. Taught entirely using a method of positive reinforcement and coaching ethos the learning experience is transformational. Since graduating in 2016 I have built my own coaching practice using the framework of tools, techniques and coaching behaviours I learnt through my diploma. Carrying out my training with Simply Changing has literally been 'life changing' for me. I loved the course content and Louise and Jane were incredibly encouraging and supportive along the way. My supervisor has also helped with the feedback she has given me to improve my onward journey as a coach. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my diploma. The Simply Changing team are so supportive and encouraging and I learnt so much from Louise and Jane. The course is well structured with a good balance between classroom learning, self reflection and coaching practice. I have chosen to stay with Simply Changing post qualification for supervision in order to benefit from their wealth of knowledge and experience. I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful, welcoming organisation, it feels just like a family. The team at Simply Changing have been fantastic, they are approachable, professional and simply experts in what they do! I cannot praise Simply Changing highly enough, from the very moment I went to Cromford to meet Louise and Mary before I embarked on my face to face Coaching diploma course, the journey from there was just absolutely excellent.
I would highly recommend that if you are thinking about Coaching then they are without doubt the people to go with.
