Really good trainer Sonia. A lot covered in a day with plenty of enthusiasm and energy from her. Would really recommend her. A good mix of practical and listening exercises. The app also gives a great reference manual for after.

FYI if you’re coming to the Islington centre it’s good idea to bring some choice snacks or lunch as there’s limited options nearby in break time.

Also just to say when I arrived there were no teabags left and it’s quite a long day without a brew. Hopefully the next course gets some more PG tips!

Just finished an online course which is always challenging. It was held by Ash who was so enthusiastic and passionate about the topic that you couldn't help but be engaged. Thanks for making what can be quite a mundane a repetitive course into a very straight forward, entertaining experience. The sexual harassment prevention training was informative and provided a relaxed, supportive environment. Just completed a 2 day course with Mike. Really fantastic course. Very informative with scenarios to help with understanding. Good visual aids to look at, and explore. Lots of interaction throughout both days. Mike makes you feel at ease through out the course and constantly checks to ensure everyone in the course has full understanding before moving on.
