We really enjoyed taking part in the family first aid course and felt we came away with some beneficial knowledge.

Adrian is very charismatic and delivers the course in an engaging, fun way - without making light of the important subject matter at hand. He clearly has a lot of passion for keeping people safe but understands that delivering a first aid course in a dry, serious fashion (like most providers tend to do!) is not the best way for people to absorb the information and effectively learn the skills he is teaching. He injects a little comedy into his teachings and this definitely helps keep the skills memorable should you ever have to use them.

The course ran a bit shorter than what we expected, but we were a small group of only 6 people so that is likely the reason. In under 2 hours you can only really expect to learn the very basic emergency first aid skills but they are the most commonly needed so this is still a worthwhile course to take.

All in all I would definitely recommend the course to any new parents or guardians as it will help give a bit more peace of mind knowing you have the skills to help without questioning yourself.

Excellent first aid course for children. It was super fun and interactive so the information really went in and I had a good time in a topic that could seem heavy. Adrian was a brilliant teacher and really knew his stuff when asked. Everything was clear and concise so I leave feeling confident should the worst happen.
