I enjoyed my visit last week, so much I decided to book appointment there and then for today, they even took my phone number, so having arrived well on time this morning, only to be told I wasn't booked in and nobody available to do my treatment, why was I not informed?especially as they had my telephone number and I had travelled 14 miles to the college. Felt disappointed and sorry for the staff who were very apologetic for someone's neglect to cancel me.

I was looking at this college, as a possible place to study after leaving school, the course that I would like to do doesn't seem to be on the website.
