Skylark training is a very professional training provider. I have been using Skylark training to support our business in delivering the first aid training for all of our staff. Esther has fantastic soft skill which she uses to put our staff at ease when delivering the training. Year on year Esther has maintained the level of service not only in the delivery of the training but also the administrative side. certificates are delivered in a timely fashion. Completed my first aid training with Esther today at Himley Hall and can honestly say I really enjoyed it. I have done a number of different first aid training in the past and this was by far the best. Esther had the balance right between hands on practical and theory elements. It was really relaxed whilst being informative and expelling a lot of myths, I really feel more confident after attending this training.
