The infrastructure here is very good and The area is also very big.It is situated in main city that make it easy for the students. The campus arena is very clean. Also the food court area is nice.

Quality of teaching is good . Teachers are very helping towards the students, Especially Mr. Geroge Roberts. and also they are highly qualified and responsible also. As a ESOL entry 2 Student mostly we have to focus onWriting trainings and that is very nice here.
Placement is good . Every year about 95% students get placements and the average package offered is also nice. The placement process is so easy.

We're booking our badminton sessions / courts with these guys regularly, and it's a complete mismanagement. These are a bunch of inefficient dumb heads who've consistently messed up with our bookings and court availability. Strongly recommend avoiding their sports facilities.

I would not recommend it. I am so happy I do not have to go back. If I could give zero stars, I would. The students there are disgusting from what I experienced. They are very rude, but this does not apply to everyone. I wasted train money a few times just to go to college for class only for the teacher to not turn up. I would appreciate an email or letter informing me that the class is cancelled or rescheduled. I feel like the substitute couldn't be bothered to show up. It's disappointing because I wasted money just to go there. Also, the first week was rubbish because the teachers were so disorganised as they could not figure out which class to put us in for half an hour I believe. They were supposed to start class in that half an hour. They even made me do functional skills in English. I found out that I do not have to do it since I passed the English GCSE which further proves how disorganized they are. I wish so badly that I transferred somewhere else. Also such a boring college, not very fun because there is not much to do on your 3-hour break. Smh. It's horrible.

High levels of systemic racism and corruption. If you are a person of colour then teachers will refuse to submit any merit / distinction work you have completed.

Teachers would almost never turn up for classes and assignment 1 was taught after 9 months. English department has a lot of "heads" who don't know basic spelling / grammar, no English teacher available for several months and then we were informed that the school have entered us into the first exam despite not being taught anything since the begging of the course.

There is no way of appealing or complaining about these problems. All appeals / complaints must be approved by your class teacher otherwise they will be thrown away.

English teacher was found hiding in classroom for 6 months to avoid teaching and then complained that everyone was informed that the room had been moved. Main reception staff don't have a clue what actually goes on in the college and are often useless at answering questions.

The college course are severally overpriced compared to other colleges and quality of the courses are extremely poor. Clearly they payed Ofsted to look the other way and grant them a good rating.

AVOID THIS COLLEGE AT ALL COSTS!

At the college's request, I sent them an email with more information and they haven't replied back after 2 weeks. Clearly shows that despite their response to this review, they don't care about fixing these systemic issues.

Have been with the college for 3 years and I have learned soo much. My tutors are really nice and pastoral support is amazing. Only downside is that there is lots of smoking/vaping in certain areas were smoking/vaping shouldn't happens other than that I have no other complaints.
