I agree with you guys in the comments. However, I found the process to be way smoother when you decide to pick up your order as I did. I ordered my GED transcripts online and got nervous reading the Google reviews so I decided to take that 3hr drive from ATL and pick my order up. Even when you pick your order up make sure you have your order number because they will have to come down from upstairs to deliver your order. Processor customer service was awesome and very understanding.

I’ve had placed an order to get a replacement diploma for my son back in March.Called a month later just to be courteous because of the upcoming graduates graduating all last week.Called and spoke to a representative and she instantly had an attitude towards me and didn’t let me speak but insisted that I send the proper information that she needed.I’ve did that and again to be respectful of the graduations that’s been performed and all I’ve called back today and to only been told that they’ve sent me emails which I didn’t see and told me they’ve had to close out his file and now I’m having to reorder a whole another replacement diploma for my son and this time I’m taking extra precautions.It’s ridiculous on how they can tell you things and it all doesn’t add up but to keep my cool I’ve said that I will reorder another diploma for my son.I understand that some ppl there may not want to work but at least show some compassion because the person on the other end could be going through something in their life and the last thing they need is someone who’s educated but acting uneducated talking to them in any way.

Put in a request for a replacement GED 8/2/24 no one has been assigned to my order as of 8/30/24 called multiple times no one won't answer ,sent an email got a rude email in return saying they 16 days behind schedule and I should come up there to pick it up but why would i drive over an hr to pick up something that supposedly isn't ready I missed two deadlines won't be able to attend school in the fall just ridiculous

Had occasion to call the records and duplicate diploma/ged transcript office. Even though they were swamped, the customer service I recieved from MEREDITH was just phenomenal! She was personable, answered my questions efficiently and just went above and beyond customer service wise! So appreciative!

If I could give them a negative 5 Stars, I would. As an educator, they have cheated me out of over $10,000 as a result of an error when I transferred my license from North Carolina almost 15 years ago. I have questioned it multiple times and finally got proof recently. They were kind enough to fix the number of years, but still have yet to respond about my 13 years of lost wages on the step in teacher salary schedules where I have worked. Their canned answer is, "teacher pay is determined by the districts." All of the districts point the finger back at the SC DOE stating that, "Teachers are paid based on the number of years that the SC DOE puts on your license." So I have to pay a lawyer to get what was rightfully earned !!! Unreal and still waiting for the DOE to respond with why the error occurred and who is going to pay me my lost wages. Teachers SHOULD HAVE ACCESS to the same information that the districts see. Correct? We do not! All licensure information has to be initiated by district offices to the State. This is so that they can point the finger at each other and CHEAT TEACHERS out of rightfully earned pay. It is a crying shame!

This website has inaccurate information concerning hours of service. The posted hours are 8:30-5:00, but I could not reach anyone to help me log in to my educator portal with any of the suggested numbers. I was told to attempt tomorrow between 8:30 and 1:30. I contacted the South Carolina Department of Education at 4:30. The call center was available but no one else could help me. What in the world could all those crucial people be doing? The South Carolina Department of Education must have multiple early days.

Ms. Stackhouse give horrible customer service and not capable of handling rough calls and love over talking people on a daily basis. They need to put her to the back office and definitely reporting this to SC commission of education. She give horrible customer service and will transfer you without permission. I would avoid her at all cause and talk to someone that care for customer support
