Very nice looking college, in a lovely area with lovely surroundings. My issue is: there are bins strategically placed absolutely everywhere, so why on earth do the kids coming out of the college throw their rubbish on the ground ‍♀️ If everyone did that, we'd literally be wading through tons of rubbish every time we left the house - USE THE BINS PEOPLE!! If we don't respect our surroundings, who will? ?
Rant over. Next, I must apologise to the people living in the house with the nice grass on St.George's Avenue, opposite the college. My dog, Muffin, has developed a bit of an obsession with your grass, and rolls all over it every chance she gets ? I'm very sorry - it's quite embarrassing.. ?‍♀️

I did a level 3 in music here. I deferred from the HNC this year due to medical reasons but I am resuming the HNC this month. My time at South Tyneside college has been an amazing experience. Doing the music course is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Lecturers are lovely and very supportive as well as helpful.
There's other staff there who I've met and they're also very friendly. I would recommend this college ☺️

Depending on the staff member you get they’re great, super engaging, however some treat you like babies, and some staff aren’t even kept in the know until a few days before, sometimes morning of. It’s extremely expensive as well, £2.30 for a bottle of water, prices are too high for those who need financial support and school leavers with no solid form of job/money

Went here and done motor vehicle mechanics for three years. Really good teachers. It is a very big building so not easy to find your way around if it is your first time there but the staff at the front desk are really helpful

Terrible college.. im on benefit and 3 times iv applied for bus traveling and a lunch for my son .never got a penny from them or any replys .just ignored from this college and when you contact them they pass you here there n everywhere .no one will talk or explain anything about the travel n lunch money you trying to claim .from my benefit iv have to pay £120 per month ..just cant pay this anymore

Excellent marine college. I did my 1st mate and Master in 1973 and 1976. Both passed in the 1st attempt. Plan to revisit after more than 40 yrs. to bring back my memory.
