I did my commercial tickets with Sally and the team in January.
Sally has a wealth of knowledge, is very approachable and has a great way of teaching which I thought really helped with retaining information.

The team was also great, made the whole experience feel nice and straight forward, nothing was too much trouble.

I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Fantastic training centre, very friendly staff and a warm relaxed atmosphere.. Free drinks machine a little cherry with the fair prices the biggest carrot..
Would recommend their services and had a very pleasant experience in their facilities. Good transport links and access (bus stop next to estate to Plymouth or train station)

Cannot comment on the quality of training as I never got that far, staff quickly and efficiently provided me with a quote after I called them. At the bottom of the quote written in bold font "south west assessment and training will price match any cheaper quote for the same course or training!" I showed them a quote for approximately half the price upon which I was promptly told that they could not match that price at this time. I understand that SWAAT may set their prices to cover their costs and make a modest profit however I do not understand why they would make such an ambiguous promise they are not willing to keep. The last email I received detailed a few 'reasons' as to why the two quotes were not equivalent, although there were a few minor differences both courses resulted in the same nationally recognized qualification. I have now booked with the alternative training provider not just because they are half the price but because I now feel I cannot trust this company.

Absolutely top notch training. I found it extremely challenging. It was no pushover by any means. If you want the best training for yourself or work colleagues, then send them here. Yes it was stressful, yes it was demanding and intense...the standards expected are very high indeed, but If you get a pass from SWAAT, you can hold your head up high and know that you are competent to tackle tasks in your chosen field. Sounds tough...it was, but my trainer was enthusiastic, patient, and extremely helpful. He went the whole nine yards and gave me the encouragement to get the job done ( thanks Kev.) SWAAT is no mamby pamby "watch a video and answer a few easy questions"...no, it makes you study hard, think hard, and be put to the sword. You are one proud person when you pass the exam.
