I was put through both my Emergency First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal courses, both back at the start of July 2015, and I have to say that the trainers were absolutely brilliant and both courses were expertly handled, and I passed in both courses. That said the same cannot unfortunately be said about the admin staff as I'm still waiting to receive my certificates for both courses despite being told on various occasions that these will both be posted to my home address.
